I use books as both material and inspiration for my paintings. Literature and poetry are an endless source of influence, where words shift from something read into something seen. Through erasure, I choose what to reveal and what to withhold, allowing fragments of text to emerge while others disappear. This process transforms language into a visual form, balancing presence and absence, meaning and silence.
